Dr. Samadi completed his medical degree at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, a prestigious institution known for its excellence in medical education and research. He then pursued his residency at St. Erik Eye Hospital, one of the leading eye hospitals in Europe and the most comprehensive ophthalmic and vison research institution in Sweden. There he gained invaluable hands-on experience in managing a wide range of ophthalmic conditions and where he was actively involved in medical research and education. He has authored several publications in reputable scientific journals, held presentations at various Ophthalmology congresses around the world and co authored a chapter in a book on glaucoma, contributing to the collective knowledge in the field.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and specialization, Dr. Samadi went on to complete a Glaucoma fellowship at the renowned Moorfield's Eye Hospital in London. This fellowship allowed him to refine his expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, a complex and sight-threatening condition.

As a testament to his commitment to excellence, Dr. Samadi is a fellow of the European board of Ophthalmologists, which recognizes his exceptional skills and knowledge in the field of ophthalmology. This recognition demonstrates his dedication to staying at the forefront of advancements in eye care and providing the highest standard of treatment to his patients.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Samadi loves spending time with his family and showing his daughters new experiences, especially in the kitchen where you often find them cooking and baking together. He also maintains a healthy work-life balance by engaging in outdoor activities, such as pickleball, tennis and travelling, to recharge and stay connected with the world around him.

Throughout his career, Dr. Samadi has successfully performed numerous surgeries, such as cataract removal, glaucoma surgeries including MIGS, pterygium surgeries, blepharoplasty, laser treatment for various eye diseases, and the management of complex conditions such as macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Patients value his empathetic approach and his ability to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
